Common questions

AI & API

Is the connector safe?+

Yes. The MCP connector uses OAuth with Steam sign-in and explicit user approval. We do not see your AI chats and there are no API keys to paste or leak.

Which assistants work?+

Any MCP-compatible client that supports remote connectors with OAuth can use the same URL - including Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, OpenCode and others.

Does this cost extra?+

No. Analysis and render credit usage is the same as on the website. Your AI assistant subscription, if required, is separate.

Can the assistant see my Steam password?+

No. Steam login happens through Steam directly, and the assistant only receives a limited DEMO-SLAP access token after you approve the connector.
